【洗沙設備流程概述】
原料通過自卸車輛卸入進料池內，首先經過粗篩分，篩選出較大的不合格石塊，合格物料由挖斗式洗沙機進入首次清洗，然后進入滾筒篩(砂金設備,沙金提取設備,砂金機械,選金礦機械,沙金選礦設備,砂金干選設備)內進行篩選分級，分級為不合格的廢料、中等石子與細沙三種規格。其中廢料由廢料輸送機直接輸送至廢料區域；
石子通過石子輸送機輸送至指定區域；
細沙進入兩臺輪式洗沙機進行兩次清洗后，合格的成品細沙由成品料輸送機輸送到指定區域，輪式洗沙機內由溢流口排出的廢水由沙泵打入一臺細沙回收機內進行細沙回收，然后排出至細沙回收池內。
Technical process
Raw materail into feeding pool then get into mineral classifier to separate the useless big size stones,clean by bucket type sandwashing machine,then screened by trommel screen into 3size,the big size useless mineral,the normal size gravel and the small size sand,the big size useless mineral directly send to scrap area.
The normal size gravel are transporting by conveyor to destination,
The small size sand getting into 2sets of wheels type sandwashing machine for further cleaning,finally the clean sand transporting to destination by conveyor.The scrap from wheel type sandwashing machine get through the tinny sand recover machine for further recovery,the tinny sand finally getting into tinny sand recover pool.
