設備簡介：

本套淘金車是我公司根據多年制作礦山機械經驗，并且不斷完善用戶反饋信息，獨立研發制作而成的一套新型選金設備，比傳統的選金設備具有以下主要優勢：

1、全部采用了汽車底盤式設計，基本不受地形影響，適用范圍更廣，可180度轉向，克服了傳統雪橇式設備移動、轉向不方便，對地形要求嚴格的缺點。

2、采用了振動料倉+滾筒篩進行礦物篩選分級，有效減少了滾筒篩磨損，提高了篩分效率。

3、處理量大、回收率高。

4、設備集成化程度高，經過多年生產實踐，故障率低、維護/維修簡單、方便。

5、占用人工資源少，節約用戶成本。

Brief Introduction

This set of mobile trommel screen gold separating plant is designed&manufactured by ourselves,improving our technology by service after sales and advice of customers etc,now it’s advanced and well-rounded technology in china.

This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc.

流程概述：

原料通過工程機械送入振動料倉，首先篩選出大于50MM不合格的物料，減少了滾筒篩磨損。小于50MM物料由輸送機送入滾筒篩進行篩選分級，不含金的廢料通過廢料輸送機送入廢料區域，含金物料首先進入一條固定式淘金氈溜槽進行首次回收后再次進入2臺振動溜槽或鼓動溜槽進行收尾，廢料排入廢料池中。

Technical process

The raw material into vibrating feeder by digging excavator,then the materials≥ 50mm to be screened out, which can reduce the wear of next classifying trommel screen. The material less than 50mm is sent to reamer trommel by the conveyor,

The material 25-50mm is transporting to the scrap material pool through transport conveyer. The material into a fixed gold sluice then into two shaking sluice to collect gold, finally gold concentrate get and the scrap is discharged into scrap material pool.
